Return Policy:
To initiate the return process, please call or email Strictly European Motors Ltd. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The RMA number, receipt/Proof of Purchase, and item + original packaging must be included for a return to be valid.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items being returned must be in new, undamaged condition, and in the original packaging. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be eligible for return. Customers have a 30 day (excludes Unitronic products [15 days] no exceptions ) window from the time of the original shipping date to return an item. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Strictly European Motors Ltd is not responsible for the shipping costs of returns, nor will the initial shipping cost of the item(s) be refunded or reimbursed upon return of said item. All items shipped with FREE shipping will still be subject to actual shipping charges being non-refundable.
We highly recommend insuring items for return, but that is left to the discretion of the customer. Strictly European Motors Ltd is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. Items can either be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method depending on preference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Certain items are non-returnable this includes but is not limited to: special order items, all Uni connect cables, electronic items (items with electrical components), tools, fluids of any kind, cleaning products and on sale/clearance item. These items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Under no circumstances will Strictly European Motors Ltd reimburse or pay for any parts/labor charges related to an incorrect, faulty, or defective product.
Please note, when ordering an item, it is incumbent upon the customer to choose the correct item or product for their vehicle. Please ensure you are providing the correct make, model, and year, as well as engine and drivetrain layout when ordering. Mix-ups happen, and Strictly European Motors Ltd prides itself on helping and providing information to customers when they occur. If you are unsure of whether an item will fit your vehicle, please contact Strictly European Motors Ltd and speak to a representative.
We are aware that glitches occur, and sometimes the wrong item is sent. If this occurs, contact us immediately to notify us of the discrepancy. We will work with you to sort out the issue.
Returned and Refused Shipments
All shipments refused by the receiver or returned undeliverable will be processed as a return according to Strictly European Motors Ltd return policy.
Miss-Shipped Orders
Strictly European Motors Ltd tries to ensure all customers receive the parts they have ordered, however mistakes do happen. In the event that Strictly European Motors Ltd ships the incorrect item, Strictly European Motors Ltd will provide a return label so the incorrect item can be returned. A return label will only be issued to the address the item was originally shipped to. Strictly European Motors Ltd will only send out the correct item once the incorrect item is received in the original packaging. Replacement items will only be shipped to the address on the original order. Strictly European Motors Ltd will not provide a refund or store credit for mis-shipped items. All mis-shipped items should be claimed within 3 days of receiving shipment. All mis-shipped items that were attempted to be installed or are not in the original package will be refused.

Shipping Policy:
Strictly European Motors Ltd typically ship all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. All orders placed on a weekend or holiday closure will be processed the next business day. In the event of a back-order or out of stock item we will do our best to contact you by phone or email with an estimated ship date for the item(s) you ordered. Some items are noted as special-order or require lead-times, so please keep that in mind when ordering such products. To ensure the fastest delivery of your order, some items may be drop-shipped to you from a third party, or shipped in a separate package.
Strictly European Motors Ltd uses Canada Post, UPS and Fed Ex as our primary shipping companies. Strictly European Motors Ltd will make every attempt to ship your order using the method you selected at checkout but in some cases we will ship with an alternative shipping method without notice. Strictly European Motors Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by any shipping company.
Strictly European Motors Ltd webstore estimates shipping costs to the best of its ability using standard shipping company data bases and dimension data that is entered. All shipping costs are not final and Strictly European Motors Ltd has the right to change shipping cost. Once recalculations of shipping costs are made, a notification will be sent by phone or email. Once recalculated and shipping costs are paid, and only then will Strictly European Motors Ltd ship out your order.
All quoted shipping charges include insurance, handling, and shipping. If your email is provided to us, you will receive your tracking information.
Some items are classified by both carriers as over-sized items. Examples of such items would include, but are not limited to; exhausts, brake kits, suspension packages, etc. As such, extra charges may apply. You will be provided with a quote at the time of your time of purchase. Spot quotes on shipping are valid for 15 days from the initial quote.

Free shipping is for Canada only and covers all items that are listed as Free shipping with a Canadian Flag Icon. If a Free shipping item is purchased with a non-free shipping item or an over-sized item, the shipping cost will be calculated at check out for non-free shipping items. All items shipped with FREE shipping will still be subject to actual shipping charges if returned. Also, all orders of $499.99 or higher value are eligible for free shipping in Canada. Certain items are excluded from free shipping all together, which may include over-sized or overweight items, including specifically Brake Rotors, Coilovers, among others.
Free Shipping Policy USA
Free shipping is for USA only and covers all items that are listed as Free shipping with an American Flag Icon. If a Free shipping item is purchased with a non-free shipping item or an over-sized item, the shipping cost will be calculated at check out for non-free shipping items. All items shipped with FREE shipping will still be subject to actual shipping charges if returned. Certain items are excluded from free shipping all together, which may include over-sized or overweight items, including specifically Brake Rotors, Coilovers, among others. Some items that originate in the United States will be drop shipped from the manufacturer to American destinations. Duties and excise taxes are not included in free shipping, please refer to our "All International Shipments" policy for more information.
All International Shipments:
Customers are responsible for any and all duty or applicable taxes imposed by their respective countries/provinces/states. Take note that Customs may delay shipments, and such delays are outside of the realm of our control. Please inspect your package upon arrival for damage, and if noticed, contact the carrier immediately. You have 3 days after receiving your item to report missing or damaged product. Strictly European Motors Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
