Cancellations

If a shipping label has been created, or the order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Drop ship items and special-order items cannot be cancelled.

This policy also applies to cancellations resulting from change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer’s remorse.

A 3% cancellation fee applies to all approved cancelled orders. This fee reflects non-refundable payment processing charges incurred at the time the order is placed.
