END USER FLASHING KIT COMPATIBILITY & FLASHING KIT UPGRADE PROGRAM
034Motorsport software engineers have been preparing for the release of 034SPI for years, and have worked to integrate wireless connectivity features to the End User Flashing Kits even prior to the release of the app. However, at that time, the internal chipset of the flashing kits was produced by a 3rd party to their specifications.
During the development of the application, it became clear that the outdated technology within the older 3rd party chipsets was not going to be sufficient for safe and stable wireless flashing, so 034Motorsport software and hardware engineers developed and produced a bespoke Dongle using the latest and greatest chipsets available to ensure a fast and stable connection between mobile devices and the Dongle during flashing, datalogging, and general use of the application.
The new generation of Dynamic+ Flashing Kits was rolled out in May of 2023, and can be identified by its USB-C plug and flush-mounted indicator lights (see image above). Thousands of these kits have already been sold, and are compatible with 034SPI. If you have the new version of the flashing kit, you are ready to use the app!
If you have the older generation of Dynamic+ Flashing Kit (with the raised indicator light and USB-B connector), you will need to purchase the new generation of flashing kit to utilize 034SPI. THE OLDER GENERATION FLASHING KIT WILL STILL WORK FOR THE WINDOWS PC-BASED FLASHING CLIENT.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items being returned must be in new, undamaged condition, and in the original packaging. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be eligible for return. Customers have a 30 day (excludes Unitronic products [15 days] no exceptions ) window from the time of the original shipping date to return an item. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Strictly European Motors Ltd is not responsible for the shipping costs of returns, nor will the initial shipping cost of the item(s) be refunded or reimbursed upon return of said item. We highly recommend insuring items for return, but that is left to the discretion of the customer. Strictly European Motors Ltd is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. Items can either be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method depending on preference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Certain items are non-returnable this includes but is not limited to: special order items, all Uni connect cables, electronic items (items with electrical components), tools, fluids of any kind, cleaning products and on sale/clearance item. These items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Under no circumstances will Strictly European Motors Ltd reimburse or pay for any parts/labor charges related to an incorrect, faulty, or defective product.
Please note, when ordering an item, it is incumbent upon the customer to choose the correct item or product for their vehicle. Please ensure you are providing the correct make, model, and year, as well as engine and drivetrain layout when ordering. Mix-ups happen, and Strictly European Motors Ltd prides itself on helping and providing information to customers when they occur. We are aware that glitches occur, and sometimes the wrong item is sent. If this occurs, contact us immediately to notify us of the discrepancy. We will work with you to sort out the issue.
Returned and Refused Shipments
All shipments refused by the receiver or returned undeliverable will be processed as a return according to Strictly European Motors Ltd return policy.
Miss-Shipped Orders
Strictly European Motors Ltd tries to ensure all customers receive the parts they have ordered, however mistakes do happen. In the event that Strictly European Motors Ltd ships the incorrect item, Strictly European Motors Ltd will provide a return label so the incorrect item can be returned. A return label will only be issued to the address the item was originally shipped to. Strictly European Motors Ltd will only send out the correct item once the incorrect item is received in the original packaging. Replacement items will only be shipped to the address on the original order. Strictly European Motors Ltd will not provide a refund or store credit for mis-shipped items. All mis-shipped items should be claimed within 3 days of receiving shipment. All mis-shipped items that were attempted to be installed or are not in the original package will be refused.
